I ordered two glass bongs
I ordered two glass bongs, the four and eight inch. I was in love when opened. Beautiful, especially the larger one. However, after using I got a stomach ache. Smoked again later, stomach ache. Then I smelled it. It stank of something similar to gasoline, and made me heave when I smelled it confirming that was what was making me sick. Reached out to customer support. Update: I did reach out to customer service, and they immediately offered a return label, but said I have to wait for them to receive it and possibly send it away before I get a refund. Definitely not satisfied. Second update: they did reach out and offer my refund when they saw tracking, which is all I wanted. The CS was quick to respond, and I'm satisfied with my dissatisfaction.

We’re sorry there was an issue with the glass piece. We already offered a prepaid return label to make the process easier for you. However, it is a very standard policy for businesses that, in order to issue a refund, the item must at least be on its way back. Many businesses actually require the item to be fully returned first before issuing any refund. We are only asking to see the tracking showing the package is in transit back to us. Because of that, we feel the feedback is a bit unfair, as we have been trying to resolve the issue properly. Thank you for your understanding.
