I got an email, "Nice to meet you...hope the tips & tricks we covered...etc." I did not attend this Zoom mtg. I had to schedule said Zoom mtg in order to complete the procedure online. I had already performed the collection & it was mailed in and probably received prior to said Zoom meeting. There was no email address to contact anyone to say this information--and that I had no plans to attend the Zoom. Given that I was NOT in attendance, why did I get an email saying I was and 'thank you' for attending?
