The call started on time. The process was explained well and was simple to perform.

Took my test on Thursday and was able to access my results 7 days later. Would be nice if the results accompanied some sort of explanation or suggestions without having to pay another fee.

At first the blood draw for me was a bit concerning as it was all new. Fortunately SiPhox did include an extra blood pump because at first try I wasn’t able to get enough blood in the vial. I ended up using my Kaatsu blood pressure arm band to help draw the blood out. The lab work is well laid out & easy to understand giving information about what was tested. My lab consultation with Natasha confirmed to me what needs to be corrected & how.
