The staff is good, although they're being manipulated by an agency that, in my opinion, isn't being honest. The offer wasn't fully honored, as we couldn't take the last flight due to the agency's failure to deliver; the departure time for the outbound flight was also changed. These offers are very unreliable, leaving a bad taste, almost like a scam. They promised to issue a refund, which I have not yet received.

Scammer., My name didn’t appear on the flight list and I had to purchase new ticket. I tried to connect with skyday agent and I can see them reading my messages but not responding. Be aware, I would pay extra and get legit service, lesson learned.

Airfares are dynamic, and prices can change at any time based on airline availability. This can sometimes cause confusion when fares change between the time of inquiry and ticket issuance.
