The terrarium is beautiful. I give them a 5, however, because of customer service. We had the tree replaced twice because it was dead two times upon receipt due to problems with the usps. They could not have been more kind of helpful. I did have to return it at my cost the first time. I don’t think I should have had to do that but the overwhelmingly positive attitude the entire time keeps their rating at a 5. I would ask them to pay for exchange postage if you have to return for similar reasons. Best,

We know that we have spent a period of time together to bring the Tree of Life to you. We incurred financial losses for this order. However, in the end, the two exchanges of sending back the item were worth what you have given us: your kindness, your patience. Finally, we have completed this journey together. Thank you very much, and we hope you will take good care of it. Sincerely, Sky Terrarium!
