Always an easy reorder process and always a great product. Thank you for caring about your product and my pets are grateful too!

Delivery service. Dislike product. Hay is too dusty. Flared up allergies.

Great product!

The company was very clear in their prices and their transparency in shipping details was very helpful. They also sent a gift along with my order which I greatly appreciated.

Had an issue with an order. Our customer service rep was very helpful and took care of it promptly.

very easy to contact and quick shipping

I love getting texts before my auto ship will be going through to clarify my order and make changes!! The app is so easy to use. There are no secrets or BS with this company. No surprise charges you werent aware of or forgot about. For that, I find myself ordering from them again and again. Always quality products and excellent customer service. Been ordering from them for 2 years. Thank you for making my life easier Pet Select.
