Handles orders with care and I'm always able to get money off with rewards because of my hay + bedding subscription. I have never encounter any issues so long as I have been ordering from here (the exception being that I once found half of a grasshopper in my hay but such is the nature of harvesting plants like grass). Shipping has always been super speedy.

I had an issue with the wrong size of hay. I ordered 25 pounds, only 20 pounds was sent. SPS made it right by shipping me the remaining 5 pounds!
