Great product everytime!

Found a dead mouse in the bottom of a hay order. A week later my rabbit passed away. Hand packed quality hay my ash. After $1000+ in veterinary care and letting them know that I can't use their hay any more due to dietary changes suggested by the exotic vet.. they still didn't refund my order. Must have been my fault for ordering a new batch too early before the exotic vet gave me their diagnosis. Basically heard my story and said too bad you already ordered the hay. Thanks alot pet select. Too bad I can't put pictures up so you can see for yourself how appalling this whole situation has been. If any one has questions, just find Johnny Flashdance on almost any social media. I'll be more than happy to send screenshots of this horrid experience. They even admitted in an email that they purchase the hay from other farms. "Hand packed quality" what a terrible joke.

This company is AMAZING! I’m not paid for this review - it is an honest experience. All of my orders have always been delivered on time, I’ve never been overcharged, my buns love their products (hay, treats, etc) & the buns have received gifts random. I will always recommend & use this company.

I’ve been a customer for about 15 years + and won’t get my hay elsewhere! My Guinea pigs and my daughter’s bunny love small pet hay! I also love the smell of their fresh hay! I order 25 lbs second cut at a time and maybe 10 pounds of first cut for variety. My pigs eat the hay, play in the hay and sleep in hay so I use a lot of hay!! Excellent treats too!

Their hay is consistently great (fresh and green) and they truly care about well-being of your pet
