Big Pet Food prioritizes profits over cat health and they pack cat food with preservatives and fillers. Smalls believes cats deserve better and uses natural ingredients and added vitamins and minerals in our food. Our recipes are cooked with minimal processing. After cooking, our recipes are then frozen to maximize freshness and shipped off to happy cats across the country.

Well, besides the fact that our kitty, Slade, loves your food (and has stopped throwing up), I really appreciate the great customer service (responsiveness, attentiveness, etc.) Thank you!

My cat Inky
My cat, Inky is a fussy eater. She likes smalls soft food if it is slightly heated on a dish.

Winston still loves the food so it’s good! Hope he never gets tired of it. No problems except for delivery a couple times. Seems to be solved now.

The FedEx delivery was two days late…
The FedEx delivery was two days late and the food was thawed but cold enough to referee. It was too stressful for me since that was the second time late so I cancelled.

I wish they loved this food
I ordered a sampler pack of yours and FedEx delivered the package completely destroyed. Dry ice was completely gone and it was warm. The only thing that was safe was the bird nip treats. They do love those. After contacting them they refunded me $10 and sent out a complete full order of the sampler pack. Their customer service was nothing short of fantastic! As much as I love the company and their customer service, my cats were not interested in any of the wet food. They're crazy about the bird nip treats, but the food itself was not interesting in any way.
These cats were rescues. I pulled them in off of the streets where they had to fight for everything. Food, especially.
The one cat I have with the most adventurous tastes was sort of interested, but when I put the food into a bowl he snubbed it. Refused to try it but showed an interest in sniffing it. Tasted it but then decided against it.
I've tried all the tips they suggest. I've heated it, added tuna water, mixed it with their usual wet food, left it out for hours, everything. They just let it dry out and act as if it isn't there. I really wanted them to love it, but so far it's no dice.
They don't have any health problems, I just wanted to make sure I try to give them the very best food and care that I can. Sadly, my opinion isn't as important as theirs.
I may try again with their broth as we have a retailer up the street that sells the broth. Maybe that's what will turn the page. I sure hope so. But as of right now, I do have a foster dog that doesn't mind it one bit! And I'm glad because I don't like to waste good food.
