I trusted you with my phone but you never sent my check. So my experience sucked. You literally stole my phone! Since this post I received my check! Thank you for completing this process and making getting rid of something I was not using so easy.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to be waiting for your payment, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your check was processed on September 2 and is still within our standard 7–12 business day delivery timeframe. Our payment processor currently estimates delivery between September 10–14, 2026, and the holiday weekend may have added some additional time. If your check hasn’t arrived by then, please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to look into it with you.

Took way longer to get my kit than expected. Then took way longer for them to receive my item then expected. Took about month. I found a place in my city that's better

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We understand that waiting for a package can be frustrating, and we’re happy to provide some additional information about the order. The shipping kit was sent one business day after the order was placed, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, assuming there are no carrier delays. The package containing the device was picked up by USPS on August 28, and the tracking currently shows it at a USPS facility and continuing toward delivery. Once the device is received, orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and payment is sent once the device has been inspected and everything is in order. We’re always happy to help with questions or concerns throughout the process, and we look forward to receiving the device and completing the order.

Price for used device excellent. Product verification was fast. Would have given five stars but payment seemed a little slow.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad you were happy with the price and that the verification process was quick. Bank transfers typically take 3 to 4 business days to deposit once the payment is sent, so we appreciate your patience with the timing. Thanks again for choosing us!
