I mean it's Amazon, the future of retail what else can you say ? 5 stars all the way Superb service, superb support

I have a prime membership and I love it. There have of course been a few hiccups with some orders, usually with my husband's blu ray orders. For some reason he's received French Canadian versions of 3 different blu rays that he's ordered when he did not select those versions. Amazon has always been very prompt and helpful with allowing us to return the items in exchange for the correct version. My only huge complaint with amazon is that trying to find plus size clothing is a huge pain in the butt. Sizing is very inconsistent because of all the different over seas vendors. One thing I have to give very high praise for is that if you order from smile.amazon.com you can select a charity where a portion of what you spend will be donated to that charity. That's a feature that all online vendors should have in my opinion!
