Not my cup of tea

I bought an item, paid for it, and they shipped it in March. Two months later, in May, they charged me again for the same item. I have not had any purchases since that March purchase, so it is clear that the second charge was fraudulent. I reported it to my credit card company and they took back the money. Instead of Amazon admitting their error, they cut off my account until I pay the false charge.

With Amazon, It can be a hit or miss. What I have learnt, is that the most important is to read the reviews! Something I did not care to do in the past. As long as you read the reviews, you will be fine. Do not buy if there are no reviews!
