Smith Monitoring has been great to work with. From talking to Chip on the phone scheduling my install, to the Tech, Sam, that installed my system. Both were knowledgeable, kind and courteous, and I have no reservations whatsoever about going with Smith Monitoring. I absolutely feel that Sam had my best interests in mind, balancing cost and security effectiveness with my install. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I personally would not use anyone else.

Not able to make the original time that was set for the service call, Pete was very accommodating by willing to wait the extra time it took. When he arrived he war friendly and acted like the extra time was not a big deal at all. During the installation, he was thorough in his explanation of the details of the contract, the features of the alarm system, and gave his opinion of what would work best to help make our home secure. Even though we did upgrade to the wireless system he advised us that the upstairs is not that much of an issue and for the amount of cost that it would not be worthwhile. He made sure to look out for both our peace of mind and our wallets. I would highly recommend Pete's help and industry experience.

Chance and Sam at Smith helped me get a security system that we can afford, the latest technology and easy to use. They were both willing to help me with pricing as well as help me understand our new system. I have a better peace of mind now that I have them protecting our house after several neighborhood break ins.
