Hey, I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was on your overall service. My wife called and spoke to an actual person instead of being put on eternal hold. We had an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Our installer, Pete called about an hour ahead to let us know the time of his arrival. Pete arrived on time, explained all of our options, and very efficiently able to use our existing equipment to get us all set up. Overall our experience was excellent.
