I purchased the rear basket for my wife's Christmas gift.
I purchased the rear basket for my Wife's bike for a Christmas gift and when she opened it for Christmas the basket looks as though it had been dropped and was dented on the bottom. The box it came in was not damaged so it must have been dropped prior to shipping. How do I go about getting it replaced? Kurt Sramek
