I was trying to sign up and was stuck at multiple places specially with the CMRA form. The support team was so knowledgable and gave me clear answers regarding next steps. Earlier in the evening, I signed up for post scan mail and the support team there was not up to date or could help with the info I needed.

Absolutely horrible virtual mailbox service! They work as a required add on paid service with Swyft which is equally poor. After you’ve finally had enough of their slow response time and lack of functionality you have to first email a request to cancel then wait for a call back to go through a two tiered process to try and cancel the service. During the process they will first offer to come down in price to $14.99 per month then when your cancellation gets escalated to the next tier they will offer $9.99 per month and try and convince you to keep the service for personal use since their business level use failed. Then they will put you on a series of holds and eventually tell you they can’t cancel you because the address they have on file (theirs) is your official business address. Ultimately you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card issuer. I would encourage you to file complaints at the state and federal level to prevent other from having to go through this scam.

I want just to let you know thwt…I want just to let you know that Jessah, the Support Specialist @SnapMailbox.com, LLC, has been a huge help for me. A smart and talented person who took time to explain everything to me in a skilled and professional manner. She did the task that Swift Fillings should do two years ago. After spending almost four hours failing what should be done, Jessah is the person who did it all. She deserves some wage increase. Really.
