Snap MailboxSnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

Jessah was pleasant, kind and patient. She took her time answering all my questions (I Had A lot) and explained them clearly. She should teach a class on… nvm. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I run a MEDICAL BUSINESS through snapmail and SO much of my mail has been lost. I have had to contact insurance to stop payment for checks that have been issued and mailed that I never received. This REALLY creates added unnecessary difficulties for running my business. I can't run a business if I'm not paid and I can't cash my insurance checks if I never receive them. I just had to call optum to stop payment on a check that was mailed out 1/03/2024. It is almost 2 months later and I never received the check. I had a package sitting in my mailbox for 2 months before it was forwarded and I had to call and talk to someone for an hour who told me the package was undeliverable, when the post office said it was in my mailbox and they were looking at it there in real time as they spoke with me. Snap has egregiously hurt my business and caused undue suffering and anxiety. I regret using this service.

Hello Kalin, Thank you for sharing your concern and providing us with your feedback. We understand that you have not had a positive experience with our organization, especially with regard to accessing your mail in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that our current business structure does not allow us to provide immediate access to delivered mail without incurring additional costs. Our cost-effective service plan requires a minimum of 3-5 business days to receive any delivered mail or packages to any of the addresses we provide. Considering your business needs and deadlines, there may be alternative options that better suit your requirements than our service. I understand that the recent experience has had a negative impact on your business and that we have failed to meet your expectations. Your frustration throughout the process is completely understandable. Unfortunately, there may be delays beyond our control, despite the fact that the normal timeframe is typically 3 to 5 business days. I have checked your account and can confirm that you recently received a couple of new mail items. You may take action on them and let us know if those are the mail you were looking for. As you may have noticed from our other customers' reviews, we've received a lot of 5-star ratings since we always aim to provide all our customers with a 5-star level of service, and our goal is to do the same with you. We will not make you change your opinion, but we'll make it our goal to provide you with a better experience until we achieve that goal. Please let us know if you need further assistance. We're glad to help.
