We do want to clarify that our kilo pricing has actually remained the same at $90 since 2019, including during periods when many companies raised prices due to COVID-related costs and more recent tariff increases. In fact, your February 2026 kilo order was also purchased at the same $90 price point.
What may vary from order to order are the discounts or promotions available at the time of purchase, which can affect the final total. We always do our best to keep our everyday pricing stable while still offering specials whenever possible. We truly appreciate your support over the years and hope this helps clear up the confusion.

This order didn’t go well
I’ve ordered 3 times from yall now. First two times went perfect. This time - the order is entirely ineffective. The date says it’s good, but the kratom gives no effect when taken. Gas station kratom is doing a better job for me than your kratom. Not sure what happened this round - I have to rethink my next order now though

Hi James,
We’re sorry to hear this order didn’t meet your expectations, especially after your first two orders went so well. After reviewing your order history, we did notice that your second order was Green MD, which tested at approximately 1.86% mitragynine — nearly double the potency of the Super Red you originally ordered and reordered most recently, which tested at approximately .96% mitragynine both times.
Because of that jump in potency, it’s very possible your tolerance adjusted to the higher mitragynine levels from the Green MD, making the Super Red feel much milder or less noticeable by comparison, even though it is the same product you originally enjoyed. In situations like this, many customers either switch to a higher mitragynine option or temporarily lower their serving amount/frequency to help reset their tolerance.
We’d also like to mention that many gas station products can contain additives, enhanced extracts, high levels of 7OH, or other synthetic ingredients that may create a stronger immediate feeling, but are not always pure natural leaf. We take a different approach and focus on lab-tested, natural products with transparency and consistency.
