Very Helpful and great customer service!

We are using SoftwareAdvice for a PPL campaign. The lead quality is very good. I would like to get more quantity and larger accounts.

Over the years I have had my ups and downs working with Software Advice, but the last 9 to 12 months the service, and industry insights, has taken HUGE leaps forward. With the increased knowledge and insights, I have been able to make more nuanced decisions that have resulted in higher MQL to SQL conversions at a lower CPL (sorry for all the acronyms).

We are current customers of the PPL program at SoftwareAdvice. The platform and UI itself is ok, and I imagine that we might have had some success if left to our own devices. However, our account managers Laura and Rob were phenomenal. They understood that we didn't want to scale from 0 - 100 right out of the gate, and instead helped us test the waters to get a winning strategy in place - meanwhile supporting us in fine-tuning our process. We would not have stuck with it and seen results were it not for them, I definitely recommend working with Software Advice, especially if you're lucky enough to get account managers as amazing as Laura and Rob.

What a great service! Have now used it twice and both times been provided with excellent choices which has made making decisions on software platforms much easier. Would highly recommend.

BEWARE!!!! I contacted Software Advice a few weeks ago to get some input on a software solution for my company's needs. Sales guy sounded helpful and knowledgeable enough, I didn't get any scammy vibes. We made a plan for me reviewing his suggestions and getting back to him that Friday. What immediately ensued was a dozen emails and calls from every software salesman and his grandmother on the planet. THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION. This is likely how their money is made. My personal phone has been going off 6+ times a day, and I still spam one or two emails a day. Huge headache...asked for help and all I got was looking like a chump. SCAM!!! YE BE WARNED.

great guidance in helping me connect with a new data warehouse, BI/dashboard product that I had never heard of. Good discussions and going into pilot soon.
