Gave me great options and I was able to connect with several software companies within a couple of hours and after speaking with knowledgeable associates from each company I was able to make an informed decision and purchase a product that I love and is working very well for my business. I am very disappointed in software advice after having some decent experiences with them. I will explain. At the start of the pandemic we had disputed 3 leads following their guidelines - these were the only three we disputed. Instaead of working with my team we were told we had to pay the 600 in despute. 6 Months later my rep tried to negotiate and we were told that we would have to pay the balance and provide a 2000 advanced deposit for future leads.. I don't treat customers like that and I have been at this for a long time. Look out for these sharks - they just want your money - they are not looking to help your business in anyway just theirs.

Great independent and unbiased advice.

Rocco was great, he took the time to go over my needs and selected 5 software companies. he supplied direct contact and saved me a lot of time. the no strings attached approach gave me confidence that he was interested in getting me the right system not just trying to sell software and shoehorn a product into my company.

The staff are very good at asking the right questions to narrow down the top 5, best fit software options. These people saved me a huge amount of research!

Their sales consultants were knowledgeable but BEWARE this company will sell your phone number!!!!! I am always getting spam calls related to property management & it is annoying. They’re not the vendors either, they will be calls threatening you trying to entice information

SA provided me solid choices whereby I settled on a viable solution. I was able to witness demos within a day or two and this really aided me in coming to a conclusion on the best solution.
