The glasses are beautiful and arrived o time just like promised.

Ordered glasses on June 25. It’s now July 7 and my order hasn’t been processed. I have no tracking number or access to customer service telephone number to call.

Slow shipping times

I called regarding a purchase made several months earlier and asked for a receipt. The representative was awesome. She thoroughly answered all my questions and was able to provide a receipt. An example of professionalism and kindness.
