Fill your orders. It would be a good thing to actually send your product out. Or maybe some contact if when there is a problem. Totally disappointed

For the price I paid, I would have expected much better visual quality; the quality of the plastic and the product overall is comparable to a simple pair of $50 sunglasses and I’m talking about Armani glasses, which aren't cheap. Furthermore, the glasses arrived without a case and without the lens-cleaning cloth that is normally included when buying new and especially expensive glasses.

We understand that when purchasing a premium brand like Armani, you expect the quality, packaging, and overall experience to reflect that. We apologize that your order arrived without the case and lens-cleaning cloth. We would be happy to look into this and assist with a resolution. Please reach out to our customer care team with your order details so we can review the issue and help further. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
