Price was great. A few items were not correct. Wrong color of side vents, door latch missing screws and hard to open, caulking around finder has a big gap and loose wiring that was cut and not terminated correctly. It's all small things that I can fix myself, but it's not perfect. Overall I would buy again.

Ian was my sales rep and was very easy to work with. Over a couple of days I made changes to my order and he had to write the changes on different contracts as I made the changes and didn't seem to mind. My trailer was built in about 2 weeks and delivered to my door. Delivery guy was easy to work with keeping me updated on his ETA this way I could work some hours but still be here upon delivery.

Everything was great as far as I could see, I ordered it and everything seems fine. I kind of thought I was getting aluminum rims, but misread it and did not, that's OK though. I will say though i was quoted with a dome light on it, and all I got was a small light at the side door, still not a problem, but it is in the wrong place for optimum use. I bought this for the price and for the convenience, so I got what I paid for, not like the haulmark I purchased about ten years ago for the Sam price, but it will do. Thumbs up though for everyone who assisted me from sales to pick up
