Paid for express shipping just for it to show up four or five days later also broken, where the dude and girl are kissing under the rose. The girl snapped off and is floating around. Do not buy waste of money.

I ordered a green everlasting rose on feb 4th. It arrived on the 9th and the carrier beat it up pretty bad. When I opened the product to make sure it was ok it had a broken piece. That hurt because I wouldn't be able to give it to my partner by Valentines day. I reached out to support and they replied immediately, apologizing for the situation, even though it wasn't their fault. They told them they will ship a replacement out ASAP. They did just that. The replacement came and my partner was blown away at the gift. It didnt arrive by vday, but that was expected due to the replacement being shipped. Shout out to the customer service team for quick courteous service. You have a customer 4life!
