False advertising - BEWARE!!!!!
My order was canceled and I never received the item that they claimed was for sale. Horrifying and akin to false advertisement, for which the fine can be $40,000. You lost a customer and may have gained a plaintiff.

Mr Rose passed away that evening and we oversold items in which we had to refund some. The orders were filled in order to when they were placed. This is NOT false advertising at all and your statement is totally false, threatening and defaming to us. You were also refunded immediately.
