Ordered on August 2nd.... today is the 10th and zero notification on shipment. It is a gift and I'd like to know the status. I have clicked on the tracking number and it only says that a label was made. UGH

I ordered an autographed picture of Justin Jefferson from you and it showed up to the house destroyed by the delivery company. I contacted your message system and they told me to email someone so I did and still no word! I was planning on buying alot of stuff from you but not anymore if you can't make this right. Nice variety of items. 1 of the 2 pieces I ordered doesn’t lay flat in the frame. I don’t mind spending the money but I expect the item to be in top condition. This Foles picture is wavy.

I am extremely pleased with my past two orders. The signed photos that I received were excellent. Very vibrant colors and the framing was gorgeous. Everything was packed very well for shipment to ensure nothing was damaged as well. Highly recommend this company and will be ordering again soon.

I am disappointed in the autographed and framed Mike Tyson Punch Out print. I saw these at several vendors and I suggest asking to see the actual print that you will receive before purchase. The print quality is ok but Mike’s gloves are the same color as his skin tone. This was not the case in the game nor in the examples shown online. Most concerning to me is that the print was mounted off center. In all examples, Mike is centered in the ring, you get both the star and heart to the left as well as a camera flash. It also includes both corners. There is beauty in symmetry and all examples were symmetrical. However, the one that I received is way off center to the left removing the objects referenced above and cutting the heart in half (not a good visual). I believe this was done so that the authentication hologram would show. It feels like this print was not supposed to go in the size frame that was used. I emailed my concerns to Sports Integrity as instructed in their email but I never received a response. I was hoping for some options. I have not taken the time or hassle to return the item only because it is not expensive and I will probable just reframe it at a later date assuming the entire print is under there. However, I will likely not purchase from this company again.
