Excellent service

Sweater was very low quality, even for a ‘custom’. I returned a week ago, still no refund. The description did indicate it was a custom, however this was a poorly made sweater and as a collector, I could not give this as a gift, as was intended. Fine for the casual collector I suppose. Again, no refund a week later and no response to my emails as to when my refund can be expected.
