My item was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago still haven’t received it. It is a birthday gift for today

Hello, you ordered this on the 15th, we shipped it on the 16th via UPS ground which is what you paid for. We are on the east coast so shipping to AZ is 4-5 business days. The item is out for delivery today which is the 4th day. The only way to get this earlier was to upgrade the shipping that was offered to you at checkout. Thanks
