Poor quality. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but never return the money. They continue to ask you to be patient as they "work" on your refund, but the refund never happens. Very untrustworthy company. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews or the fake website.

Do not buy from this company, they will not accept any cancellation requests or returns. My partner placed an order on their website and mistakenly ordered more cameras than was needed. We immediately emailed them to cancel the order but they said we couldn't as it had already been dispatched (not true), they said we could send back any we didn't need. We received the package 11 days later and haven't even opened or tried the cameras out yet. I've been emailing and communicating with their customer service team for over a month now and they will not take returns, they will not give any return address or advise you of their return process. They eventually offered a partial refund, which after getting nowhere with a return I felt I had no option but to accept... however no partial refund either! We contacted Paypal but this problem we are experiencing is not covered by them as we have received the goods. My advice to anyone would be to avoid buying from Spyfocus at all. I have banned my partner from purchasing anything else on-line without reading trusted reviews first.

Their mini cameras do not work because the poorly designed app does not work as advertised. No app, no camera. I insisted on 100% refund and got it back. They started off with 25% partial refund then 45% and final offer 75%. I would only accept 100% refund because the product was faulty to begin with. Customers’ right to a refund is stated in the Consumer Act. Be bold and ask for your money back.

And here is another one! A SCAMed customer. I ordered a single camera (too good to be true? absolutely!). I cancelled it the moment I rec'd a notification from my credit card company. "Victoria" wrote to tell me it was too late, the order was already on its way... within MINUTES OF ORDERING! I will update this later with status but this company should be PROHIBITED FROM OPERATING IN THE UNITED STATES. Pathetic, morally depraved individual(s). UPDATE: Well, of course the device shipped despite every conceivable effort to cancel the order within minutes. Their 'customer support' site is a series of preprogramed 'bots' that delay the process. Like other reviewers, I was offered '25% off to keep the product; 50% off...; 75% off just to keep the POS product. No, no, no was my constant response. Now I have to deal with the return of merch and that seems to be an entirely new challenge. The process to return - to a CA-based warehouse - is another part of the SCAM company. And the reviews of it? Equally horrible (wow, go figure.) More later.
