I have bought many plants from Stark Brothers over 20 years at least. It is rare that I have any issues with the plants except for this time when the box was damaged and so was the plant - so sad! But Stark Bro's is replacing the damaged plant within a couple days. Thank you! This is why I buy my plants from you. Good product and good, prompt service.

I have purchased dozens of trees and berry plants from Stark Bros. over years. The plants have always been in excellent health. Those for which pruning is applicable have been beautifully pruned. These thriving plants give me so much joy! They also make it easy for me to donate fruit to my community.

Love doing business with Stark Brothers! Very responsive! We purchased one of their specials with three varieties of strawberry plants (which we can't buy locally but always wanted to try). They got a slow start, but one variety is putting out lots of runners. Stark Brothers said they would get established in year one and be more productive in year two. The strawberries we got were very flavorful. We have them in containers because our dogs decided they liked them too! Looking forward to doing more business with Stark Brothers!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear your replacement plants arrived green and intact, but we’re very sorry about the condition of your Honeyberry plants and the issues you’ve experienced with your recent shipments. We understand how frustrating it is to receive plants that have been in transit for an extended period and arrive wilted or damaged. We’ll have an agent reach out to you today to discuss these concerns and see how we can help. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right!

I've purchased several Stark Bros trees, berries, grapes, etc over the years. I believe their stock is better than what I could buy in a big box store, but what I really value is their great customer services that help people succeed. Planting a fruit tree is a long-term project from planting to first successful harvest. Brooke and the others will answer your specific questions when you don't find an answer in their FAQ section. The pruning/planting videos are also very helpful. Try them and you'll like them. God's blessings to them all!
