The lady that help me stay on the phone until I completed my back ground check

The instructions were easy to understand and follow. Only issue I had, and not sure why this was happening, but when I was all the way through to the end of the process and went to submit the work, it appeared to submit the forms but would then take me back to the home page and I had to start the process over again. Thankfully all my data was saved, so I didn't have to add it all over again, but it took 4 times for it to finally approve my submission. I reached out to customer support, unfortunately it was on a weekend and they were not working, but they reached out to me Monday morning but the issue had resolved itself. Other than that I thought it was a pretty easy process to complete.

Honestly it was smooth. I was able to upload all the documents required to make the process go faster.

Although I was having quiet a bit of challenge during the process, each time I called I must say how quick the phone was answered and how understanding and professional the agents on the line were. In addition to that all my emails and documents that I send we're received without delay and I was informed that they were received and will be reviewed. Again I was impress and is satisfied.
