Overall the website is more or less easy to navigate, but I think it needs a better separation of an institutional and individual applicants' login options. Also, a brief explanation of the whole application process wouldn't hurt, for example describing how can the applicant check for progress and how to get the final report.

Staff is friendly, professional, mannerly, and accomodating. My phone calls and email correspondences were quickly addressed.
