I called for customer service because the online application for the background check was not clear on how many years back I should go for my address history. I had to call customer service for a clear answer. I had to go back 7 years. In general, the actual application process was easy and fast. I even got a phone call several days after I completed my application and review so that they can improve their application to now include the information that was missing on the address history for the next applicant to the hospital so that they wont have any barriers. What great service!
