Fast shipping and great service

What a terrific customer service driven company. I ordered a Littman Cardiac IV stethoscope as a gift for an MS1 beginning her studies at Duke. I had just had cataract surgery which impaired my vision and I misspelled her name! I was not given the opportunity to proof the spelling before it shipped but as soon as I emailed about the error, I received a response AND the promise to send another stethoscope with correct spelling. New one shipped same day. A return label goes with the new order so recipient can easily return the first one. WOW! I will never purchase a stethoscope anywhere else! Thanks!!!

I have owned my master cardiology stethoscope for over 18 yrs. It is by far the BEST stethoscope I have ever used as a nurse. Four mths ago the tubing cracked after all these years and the stethoscope was unusable. the tubing is not cheap, but to replace the whole stethoscope was much more so I ordered replacement tubing hoping it would be the same. It was the exact match to my old one and I can hear again. It came quickly, package intact. thank you!
