My new otoscope stopped working within a week of getting it. I was able to return it with no hassle. In fact, they sent me a new set first. Love the set.

Multiple calls to customer service regarding a defective stethoscope went unanswered. Finally contacted someone who is sending another stethoscope after three days of persistent calling. Never did get a call back after multiple messages.
