The order was processed and delivered in a very efficient manner. The engraving, however, was a disappointment. It's barely visible. This was intended as a special gift. Shouldn't have to search for the engraving.

I payed top dollars to have it shipped over night. When ordering it said engraving will not delay your order. I changed my mind and ordered engraving because of that pop up. Obviously it did delay delivery as I did not receive the next day. Not even Saturday delivery.

Ordered as a gift for the nephew that is going to Nursing school . Received at a reasonable time , the product is intact and nice engraving . Color as expected.Will definitely order again .

It came on time, the part fit my stethoscope. It wasn't as black as the original price so doesn't match the tube 100%
