This is my second time round, i have to listen to what Craig is saying, more intensely, The course is very well presented

Even being on day six of this program my eyes are finally opened wide to some of the “results” of my drinking including harm to my family, the financial burden, etc. All the daily lessons are phenomenal! I am on day 5 of being sober... The hypnosis download have really helped with the nighttime insomnia. I slept 9 deep hours last night. I am turning the corner and it feels great! I have already gotten my $ worth from this course and I still have almost 3 months more days to do this:

Excellent programme, it really is educating me on the facts its non judgemental and nice and easy. Craig is fantastic. I highly recommend this training. I have stopped drinking before because I know it soesnt serve me well but I got drawn back to it before I wasn't happy again with how regularly I was having a bottle of wine. I've 3 beautiful children with lots of time left with them weve all been through a trauma and my crutch was wine but I'm not invincible, having developed pains on my right side after drinking it woke me up and I took action.

can i come today

I honestly think everyone should consider this course if you drink to relieve stress or to signal the "work day" has ended. And by that I mean, pretty much everyone I know!

I'm so very thankful that I found "Alcohol Lied to Me", which led me to the on-line course by StopDrinkingExpert-Craig Beck. I am one week in and I'm obsessed with learning more (which I found out in today's course is a good thing LOL). Craig exudes positivity and enthusiasm on a subject that he is truly an expert on. Not only does he share his personal experience, but tons of information through his research from several reliable sources. Nearly everything that is shared in the course is what I've been saying to myself/going through for over 20 years - seriously - word for word! Craig makes me feel like I'm not broken because I couldn't fix this myself. I finally have the resources and guidance needed to help me with my physical, mental, and emotional health. I consider myself successful in all other aspects of my life, but I couldn't break away from the nagging want/need to drink wine. It was such a burden in my life and now that has changed. I already feel stronger and happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Update 3 days in. Enjoying the course. You get a lot for your money. The FB pages I initially couldn’t find are good. Only just started so difficult to say. Can’t seem to join the FB pages as I’d like to ask some people about the personalised hypnosis
