I am making so many connections with this course. I am finding I am still drinking but it has decreased. I have had a few days in the last 2 weeks that I haven’t had a drink. I am yet to conquer weekends and social outings. I feel that willpower (maybe its my mindset and headspace I need to work on ..... not sure) is still the only tool I’m using however now that I have listened about TFT and Hypnosis ...... I’m excited. I did some more research into TFT and I have done hypnosis for this problem in the past. I now know that as ‘stand alone tools’ they most likely won’t help. Using as part of the ‘puzzle’ of tools and with passion, consistency and embedded in a routine ...... these tools are extremely powerful. I still have some lingering fears of what ‘life’ outside of my house will look like however, I’m trying to not think about that. I am a natural worrier. I did think about having little avatars of the evil clown, a carrot and a stick on my dash board for the drive home ..... we will see.

i am personally only on day 2 of the program but can tell you i love how Craig is so easily relatable and makes it easy to take a good hard look at myself in a serious way why keeping it light hearted to where i can laugh at myself and see how foolish my decision making on a daily basis really was

After going round and round in circles for 20 years in the most vicious of loops and ultimately being totally unable to break the insanity and chronic cycle of Alcoholism, Craig's unique, uplifting, clear, concise, accurate advise and considerable expertise on the subject has really made a HUGE impact to the way I have approached and dealt with my own internal issues. His unique angle to this and expertise has positively helped me to understand the root causes associated with my destructive drinking habits, of which I have been totally unaware of over many years and for the first time to stop the victim / pity mentality. This in its self has opened my eyes. An inspirational support providing real life advice to a chronic issue. Just wanted to say massive thanks and now 2 weeks sober, and counting, for the first time in 15 years. Long way for me to go but FINALLY have some real life and straight forward tools to support me on the road to long term sobriety.

Excellent course. Well worth the purchase. Not touched a drop of alcohol since starting this course 8 days ago and have no desire to either!

Craig is truly the expert. I have read many other books and been involved in programs that deal with problem drinking — but he is the best. Speaks with authority and knowledge; wit and humor. The fact that he shares his personal journey with us is undeniably valuable. I appreciate his daily videos to keep me motivated !

I am thrilled I found this program! This is different than any other stop drinking programs out there...Craig Beck has a direct, honest, and sincere approach that addresses all the things about drinking: societal demands and social issues, personal issues, science, biology, and quite frankly, how this poison is attractively packaged to get one hooked. I'm I the beginning stages but needed this program and am very hopeful for the first time in a long time about finally stopping an addictive cycle that is making my life way less fun, way less attractive, way less productive, and way less healthy than it should be.
