I would recommend this place. Great customer service and the storage units are easy to get to.

Totally great experience, didn't miss a detail. Clean facility with great security.

Happy I made the move, and nice to have March as a free months rent. That about says it all really.

The building always smelled moldy which, of course, made all of my belongings smell moldy, spiders were everywhere and the price was too high for what I was getting.. They went from $126 to $142 to $161 in a very short time.. I have another storage at Money Saver in Lacey which is the same size and it is $145 a month, doesn't smell, with no spiders. The only good thing I can say about this storage is the people in the office were very courteous and helpful..

Safe, secure, and friendly staff! I have nothing but good things to say about this storage facility.

Highland Hills Storage provides excellent service. We have had no troubles storing our stuff at their facility. They go out of their way to provide good customer service.

They help me get what I needed the first time and when I needed a upgrade due to moving they found me a garage and called me the minute it was ready for me, what a great team at Eastside Storage. Thank You

Great people who care about what us customers need, and also great security methods which takes the worry out of the equation.
