My 19 year old son with Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy went in at the recommendation and with a prescription from his doctor for one month of stretching. I understand that they don't work from prescriptions, but it was clear that he was only needing one month of stretching. I could not go with him and he was told that he only needed to pay for the one month up front and if he thought he wanted more he could just sign up for another month. He was not told and did not understand that what he was signing was a recurring monthly commitment.

Like others said. The stretching is great, but the company itself is a complete fraud. They are very deceptive regarding the package plans.
They don't explain to you when you purchase a packet that is for 3 month plan. I was under the assumption that you purchase a package and that was it, not knowing that when you purchase a packet, you are actually signing up to a 3-month plan, which wouldn't be an issue if it was explained to me up front.
I can explain much more but I don't want to bore you.
My advice to anyone reading this, save yourself the headache and don't go there.
This business practice will be the downfall of this company. Who would want to come back?

Crooks
The actual stretching is good. Helpful. Professional. But the company are absolute crooks. They tell you to send an email to pause or cancel, but then they keep charging you. When you try to remediate there is no response. Buyer beware.

You can try to leave
You can try to leave, but they keep charging you even after you’ve requested a cancellation of your membership. And if they offer to freeze your membership instead, they still charge a fee just to freeze it. Be very careful before signing up—getting out is much harder (and more expensive) than they make it seem.

Stretch Lab
I went to StretchLab on July 11, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I want to be fair and acknowledge that the Flexologist who worked with me was very nice and appeared knowledgeable. However, the physical outcome of the session was not positive.
The following day, I experienced extreme neck pain that was significant enough for me to seek medical attention at urgent care. The nurse practitioner I saw advised me that he does not recommend StretchLab. My primary care provider has now referred me to physical therapy because I am still experiencing pain more than a month later.
I also have serious concerns about the qualifications and credentials of the individuals referred to as “Flexologists.” I am not clear on what specific credentials, certifications, or clinical training are required for someone in that role to perform these types of stretches on clients, and after my experience, that is something I would want to know before allowing anyone to work on me.
What has made this experience even more frustrating is the way StretchLab has handled my feedback. I have continued receiving repeated, lengthy text messages asking for feedback, even after I specifically asked them to stop contacting me. Continuing to contact me after I clearly requested that they stop is extremely rude, intrusive, and unprofessional.
I went into this expecting a positive experience and instead have been dealing with ongoing pain and unwanted communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend StretchLab. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a session to research the qualifications of the person performing the stretches and carefully consider whether this service is right for them

Had a free stretch out of curiosity
Had a free stretch out of curiosity. If you are undisciplined and can't stretch on your own there is some value to this.
Otherwise you can get the same stretches on YouTube yoga or pilates for free.
. Sessions are 30 minutes costing $55, $50 or $45 depending on how many you sign up for.
The thought of a twenty something working on me who's had 50-70 hours of training isn't worth it.

Unauthorized Charges
I paid for a certain amount of appointments. I completed my last appointment at the Arlington, Tx. located. I told the young man that I would reach out to them when I was ready to renew and pay for additional sessions. I specifically said not to charge my account but I would be back. Well, they charged my account $269.00 without my permission. I called then a few time but they have not returned my calls. I guess they figured I would not say anything. -- I don't work with theives.
