Unresponsive and scammy seller
Ordered something from Stuff4crafts on overstock marketplace. Not only did the item ship late but it is clearly lost in transit and I have to fight to get a refund. They are ghosting me. Their reply is inaccurate. I first contacted overstock last week and they refused to help me. The package STILL hasn’t moved and it’s been more than a week. Three weeks since my order, which was PROMISED IN FOUR DAYS.

An email from you inquiring about your order was received by us 1 hour ago. We were not even given the time to respond as you immediately opened this complaint, as well as others on other sites. We always strive to offer the best customer service possible however we need our customers to give us the opportunity to do so. I have contacted FedEx and they are investigating the status of your order. Should it be found as lost, a full refund will be issued. Additional Info: Please understand that when contacting Overstock, you are not contacting Stuff4 Crafts but Overstock customer service so the first communication we received from you was on March 1, 2021. You were answered within 1 hour of writing in telling you that we were looking into this for you, which we have and you have now been refunded.
