My order arrived in a timley manor…
My order arrived in a timley manor however 1 item was incorrect, I was sent the small size rather than the large size that I ordered and paid for. the company eventualy sent me correct item but it took them over 3 weeks and over 1 dozen emails.

I am sorry that you feel that this was your customer service experience with us. I have looked further into the case and have found that your first communication to us was on January 11, 2021 indicating that you received a 5 pack rather than a 10 pack of blades. Images were requested and once located, a replacement for the order was sent out on January 19, 2021. We always strive to provide the best customer service and to address all issues that come up in our feedback but in order to this, an honest recollection of events from our customers is imperative.
