Arrived quickly and in great condition

I still have not received my package I had emailed several times still no package that I paid for but I’m going to call me credit card company and get my money and they will get there money back! I would give less then one star if it was a choice !

Ordered a small die for scrapping on Black Friday and it never got here. Scanned at my local post office but lost from there. Customer service did a credit card refund a week or so ago after I requested one.

The product was exactly what I expected but it shipped and was delivered much quicker than I thought so that was nice.

I ordered a long quarter inch ruler which unfortunately was broken in several pieces on arrival. I took photographs and emailed straight away and had a response the following morning. I was offered a full refund or a replacement. I chose the refund and it was completed very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

You guys have an excellent selection and you never cancel my orders on me.
