I can see that your order was placed on September 26, 2020, shipped on September 28, 2020 and delivered September 30, 2020. We believe that this is more than an acceptable turn around for an online order however I apologize if you were not pleased.

Bad Company
They sent the wrong item, and refused to deal with giving me a return address. They tried too claim they sent the right item, and want to charge me a restocking fee.
