Hi, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the renewal charge and the issues you experienced with the plugin. Our subscription system, which processes payments through Freemius, shows that a renewal reminder was sent to the email address associated with your purchase on August 24, approximately one month before the renewal. Based on this record, our support agent informed you that the renewal notification had been sent. At the same time, we understand that an email recorded as sent does not necessarily mean it was successfully received or seen. We would therefore like to contact you directly to verify this and review the details of your case. We would also be happy to investigate the issue you reported with the car images and troubleshoot it with you. If you prefer not to proceed with troubleshooting and we confirm that the renewal reminder was not received, we can review the renewal for a possible refund. We hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to investigate the situation properly and work toward a fair resolution.
