There seemed to be a lot of confusion by the people I was exchanging emails with about the dosage and my name. I go by Sue George, yet the name on my prescription is Beverly George - my legal name is Beverly Sue George, hence the confusion. Then the dosage I'm on currently. The package I have currently wasn't adequate and the prescriptions that I uploaded, although the date was clearly printed on there, they weren't able to see. I highlighted and circled it, and finally they could see it. Not sure what was the cause of that confusion.

Jennifer was super helpful and knew what she was talking about.

I have overall had a great experience with Sunlight. They were really responsive to my request to start medication. I felt like the doctor actually cared during our video appointment. I would recommend this company.
