Warranty is amazing!

I bought my original case a 2 years ago or so, and when i received it, there as a little card about extending the warranty. I thought it was a gimmick at first, who offers warranty on a silly phone case, but did it anyways. Fast forward to June of this year, and my case started falling apart. The rubber sides were completely falling out of the case, the charging port clip got lost, the metal kick stand was bent, over all in bad shape (case quality is amazing). This is the longest I’ve had a single phone case on any of my phones. I sent supcase an email with my original order number, date it was ordered, and a few pictures of the damage the case has endured. I received a response within 24 hours. They asked for additional Information and they confirmed I had the “extended warranty”(silly saying that about a phone case right?). 24 hours later, they sent me an email with tracking on my new case. I received it in 3 days. A whole day earlier than they said I would receive it! Definitely a good company to do business with. Case quality is amazing like I’ve stated before, customer service is astronomically outstanding. I did not expect them to respond as quick as they did. I did not expect them to warranty a phone case as easy as they did. I did not expect them to send me another case in 24 hours or less. However, I did expect them to stand behind their product like every other manufacturer out there says they do, but often fail to hold up to it. Supcase is a whole different breed. Definitely will be ordering another supcase for my new phone when it gets released in September. Supcase for the win!

Thank you so much for this thorough and heartfelt feedback. We are incredibly grateful that you took the time to register for our extended‑warranty offer, even when you initially thought it might be just a marketing gimmick. It means a great deal to us that our case lasted you such a long time through heavy everyday use. We were sorry to learn it started wearing down, yet glad we could validate your extended warranty and move forward with your request smoothly. It makes us proud that our team got back to you quickly, processed your claim, and shipped out your replacement ahead of the estimated delivery timeline. Many brands promise to stand behind their products, so it is truly rewarding to know our support lived up to your expectations. We are looking forward to earning your business once again when your new phone arrives this September. Thank you for your continued loyalty to SUPCASE.

Very well built
The colors. The materials used in construction. It’s the real deal. I’ve never had a phone case or mag wallet like this so there is some getting use to still but I am happy thus far.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the colorways and build quality of our product. We’re glad you appreciate the materials we’ve used in its construction. It is totally normal to need a little time to get accustomed to a new‑style case and mag wallet. We’re pleased to hear you are happy with your purchase so far.

I needed to purchase just the belt clip…
I needed to purchase just the belt clip for my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and this was not offered as a purchase on the web site. I contacted Customer Service, snd they were very gracious to make this option available to me. Thank you!
Response from SUPCASE· Aug 12, 2026
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We totally understand how inconvenient it can be when individual belt‑clip parts are not available for direct purchase on our website. We are glad our support team could accommodate your request for the separate belt clip for your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7. It brings us great joy to be able to help solve your problem directly. We truly appreciate your trust in SUPCASE.
