Jose in Customer Service, Excellent
I spoke to Jose, and he was absolutely amazing to help me remedy a date issue for a cooking class. I am so grateful to him for being understanding and seeing what options I had to resolve. He was so kind and patient. Excellent customer service!

Terrible experience!!!
Terrible experience!!! If I can rate this 0 star I will. Paid for a class and was cancelled last minute because I was the only one that signed up! Like why is that my problem! I paid for the class then teach me the class! It doesn't even mentioned anywhere that there's a minimum number of students! Why offer a class when you can't even fullfill the service of teaching it! Shouldn't have allotted my time for this company only to cancel the last minute! Will not go back to this place ever again! P.S. They took down my review in their website! It looks like they filter out some bad reviews! Not good!

Great Customer Service
Great experience with Customer Service when making a date change for our cooking classes. Enrique A. was positive, friendly and made the changes quickly.

Brenton immediately refunded the session I had to cancel due to last minute travel plan. Really pleased with the professional customer service.

I had an excellent experience with…
I had an excellent experience with Brenton, one of the customer service representatives. I needed to reschedule a cooking class appointment, and he handled it with professionalism and genuine care. Brenton was patient, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He went out of his way to find a new time that worked for me and followed up to make sure everything was confirmed. It's rare to come across such helpful and kind support—Brenton truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

This company is a rip off
This company is a rip off! Customer service is ABYSMAL! Rude sales staff with nasty attitudes, completely unhelpful, and incompetent about the products they sell.
