I placed an order today and realized shortly afterward that the shipping address was incorrect due to our recent move. Heidy, the customer service agent with whom I spoke, was professional, friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the quality of customer service offered by Sur La Table in addition to their amazing products.

Chicken roasting pan cracked in half inside oven at 450 degrees. We probably had used it 10 times. This happened past their 30 day warranty period so they did not offer any resolution.

I spoke with a customer service representative, Chris, he was very helpful in helping me purchase (2) Cuisinart Choppers, I was having difficulty with the online ordering. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I got my items ordered in time to use my perks!

I had a customer service issue and Chris and Zazil took care of it most efficiently. Exceptional in fact. Chris was patient and was keen to resolve the issue in the best way. I was surprised with this level of service . 5 stars !

They do not write the correct name on gift cards and their support team is unable to fix or void the gift card. Also, gift card takes over 24 hrs to show up even though it is electronic.

Website says “all knives ship free” but when I tried to order a knife the cart added $ for shipping. I call SLT and Itzel took care of the problem immediately!

I called in a spoke with Chris. It was a great customer service experience. I wasn’t rushed and he was able to answer all my questions about my class. We’re looking forward to a fun night out!
