I placed an order on 9/19/26 and still haven’t received it! The tracking said it’s coming from Finland! I tried emailing them but haven’t gotten a response. This s website is a scam!

I bought some bead art kits. I didn’t expect them to be as amazing as they looked on the website but the product was even worse than I could have expected. Most of the beaded detail shown in pictures on the website ended up being just colors printed on a canvas. There’s no mistake that the website shows it as being beads, not colored canvas. Totally false advertising. Customer service is trying to tell me that there are variations in the products but I’ve read the fine print on the product page and there’s nothing that says you may not receive what is pictured there. I usually research before I buy from sites like these but I got caught up in the potential of the art project. Big mistake! Lesson learned. I want a refund and customer service was quick to reply at first but now they seem to be ghosting me.

I was kept apprised of when my project was coming which is very important to me. Loe my kit and can’t wait to work on it.

I was very disappointed with the goods when I received them. It is SO small, and difficult to read the tiny numbers and letters. I hope, when I’ve made it, it will be really nice. I withhold my decision till then.

I ordered two swimsuits in May and I’ve yet to receive them. Tracking has been the same since June. I’ve emailed and emailed and they just keep saying for me to be patient. So Jm guessing this is SPAM! Not a satisfied customer!
